Our service rates are based on the number of guests attending the event, the amount of equipment needed for the event, and the number of staff members needed for the event.

Our Introductory Entertainment Services rate is $395.00 (a $595.00 value, usually cost much more with others) for crowd sizes up to 100.  Four hours of services and $150.00 for each additional hour of service. (This is a special rate to introduce you to our services) This rate includes dj, custom lighting (intelligent lighting scanners, lighted mirror balls, fog) all request music (mp3 technology).  A 30 minute complimentary video of your event.  We want you to get to know us and tell your friends. 

Our Wedding Entertainment Services rates would be as little as $495.00  Four hours of services and $150.00 for each additional hour of service.  (Call now for information regarding a special wedding rate)  This rate includes dj/mc, music, lighting and special effects, some video services.  Ceremonial services available if needed, including multiple locations.    

We do not charge separately for dj/mc/vj, music selection, lighting, mics, special effects, etc.  This is always included with every show.   Keep in mind our service is a complete production.  Rates for our services are packaged.  Set up time is as little as 30 minutes.  We do not charge for set up and travel. 

Our basic rate for Video Dance Parties Packages starts at $695.00.  This rate includes vj/dj, custom lighting (intelligent lighting scanners, lighted mirror balls, fog) all request music (mp3 technology).  DVD Music Library, Eye Cam, Multiple Screen sizes and more.  Set up time is from one hour.  Services a crowd size up to 500 and four hours of services. The rate changes from crowd size. There are no travel charges.  Services are provided coast to coast.     

Our corporate rates are as low as $795.00, Includes Video Services  (comparable to other services cost thousands more) and  services a crowd size of up to 500.  Our average rate is $2999.00 with crowd sizes up to 2000.  Four to Five hours of services. No set up or travel charges.  

Corporate Events, Political Themed Lighting Events, Fashion Shows, Trade Shows, and other event packages are quoted per event, crowd size, etc.   Let's Dance Productions uses a compilation of portable yet powerful state-of-the-art sound, lighting products, video projection products. 

Mackie Fussion and or JBL MPro Sound (2000 watt 4000 watt and more) portable systems.  Martin & Madmanufacturing Lighting systems 4, 8, 14 fixtures and so on (scanners, color changers).  All rates include custom computer controls, mixers, trussing, all request mp3 digitally enhanced music, DVD video libraries.  Special effects including mirror balls, fog, hazers, some lasers.  DJs/MCs/VJs Video Cameras, Projectors, multiple size front & rear projection screens.
